Wingspan Report:
Hazel asked if reports could be written by other members, eg reports on treffens, etc that members had been to. Could members e-mail or phone Hazel with motorbike events that are taking place and also let her know what happened when members had attended the events. It was asked if Hazel was ok to carry on as Wingspan reporter and she said that was ok. Jack mentioned that there was a classic bike meeting at Shepton Mallet in February.

Webmasters Report:
Pat and Phil asked if anyone had any ideas for the website. Apart from a request from Mark that can’t be printed everyone was happy with the site. Pat said that there were toy runs and shows on the site. Could members also let Pat or Phil know of any events that are coming up. Lesley mentioned that North Wales have now got their new website up and running.

Treasurers Report:
Sue said that our bank balance was healthy. It was decided that this year we would be giving £600.00 to two charities. £300.00 was to be given to the hospice in which Freda spent time in during her illness, Maurice thanked everyone very much for their kind thoughts and said how nice the gesture was. £300.00 is to be given to the Matlock Rugby Club, where Trent held their last Wingding. Our reps will liase with Matlock in the new year and decide what they will be putting this money towards, it was suggested by Audrey that maybe we could get a small trophy to give out annually to the workers at the Rugby club. Another suggestion by Mark was for a plaque for the bar in the Rugby club. The £600.00 charity donations were proposed by Jack and seconded by Dean, everyone was in favour. Since Sue had become treasurer in 2001 Trent Wings had donated a total of £2242.00 to various charities. This year Trent Wings have donated £40.00 to 2 charities, one GWOCGB for Christmas cards and one to the Treffen for a raffle prize. £126.00 was sent to GWOCGB for our Wingding. Sue mentioned that she would be giving Mark and Lesley a cheque for their expenses for the year.

Lesley received a lovely bouquet of flowers and Mark received a £25.00 gift voucher which he said would be put towards new tyres for his bike. 7. ANY OTHER BUSINESS.
a) Hazel asked if members wanted a meeting in December and it was agreed that we would have it at the Xmas meal.

b) Hazel asked Cheryl to explain about the Xmas meal at the Hurt Arms. Menus were given to everyone to look at. The Hurt Arms had asked for a £5.00 deposit per person, and also would it be possible for members to pre-order one week before our proposed date of 13th December. There were also places for motorhomes available at £7.00 per night. Lesley proposed that Trent wings paid everyones £5.00 deposit and this was seconded by Hazel. Mark nominated that we should go to this meal and Sue seconded it. All members agreed to go to the Hurt Arms on 13th December at 7.30pm meet for 8.30pm meal.

c) Hazel had bought along some new regalia with Trent wings logos on. A friend of hers had opened a shop doing embroidery, printing etc. Rev modelled a polo shirt and Hazel showed us the quality of the motorbike flags. The prices given by Hazel were very good and it was suggested that maybe Trent wings could have a Sunday run-out to the shop to look at what they had to offer.

Our new rep Dean closed the meeting at 6.50pm
